  • We use Royal Mail for shipping within the UK. All items are shipped within 3 working days and you will be sent tracking information once your order has been shipped.

  • We’re taking time to carefully shape and refine our operational processes so we can offer international shipping in a way that feels intentional and sustainable. For now, we’re starting small and focusing on building a grounded foundation before we begin shipping to our international community.

  • If you’d like to return an item, please email us at studio@comfort-language.com within 14 days of receiving your order so we can arrange the return. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition as when you received them - unworn or unused with tags - and in their original packaging.

    As a small business, we ask that you kindly cover the return postage.

    If your item is faulty, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of receiving it. Please email us as soon as possible so we can make sure it gets resolved quickly. We always want to make things right.
