We use Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked service for shipping within the UK. All items are shipped within 3 working days and you will be sent tracking information once your order has been shipped

As a small independent brand, we're working hard to make international shipping as straightforward as possible. At the moment, duties, import taxes and any customs handling fees charged on arrival are the responsibility of the customer. We know this isn't the most seamless experience, and it's something we're actively working to improve – we hope to offer a fully landed cost at checkout in the not too distant future. In the meantime, we've tried to keep our shipping rates as fair and transparent as we can.

Shipping rates are calculated by the weight of your order and the destination country. The countries we ship to are grouped into four bands below.

Band A: Ireland & Germany

Up to 1 kg (approx. 1 pair of trousers): £12.25

Up to 2 kg (approx. 2 pairs of trousers): £13.50

Up to 3 kg: £15.00

Up to 4 kg: £16.00

Band B: Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Italy & Spain

Up to 0.75 kg (approx. 1 shirt): £13.45

All international orders may be subject to import VAT, customs duties and a handling fee charged by your country's customs authority or local postal carrier on delivery. These charges are not included in our shipping rates or product prices and are the responsibility of the customer to pay upon receipt of the parcel.

Our garments are made in India, which means they do not qualify for the preferential zero-duty rate available to UK-manufactured goods under the UK-EU Trade and Cooperation Agreement. As a result, EU customs duty of 12% of the order value is likely to apply, in addition to your country's standard rate of import VAT (typically 20–25% depending on where you are).

Your local postal carrier will usually collect these charges before delivering your parcel, and may also add a small handling fee for processing the customs declaration.

If you'd like an idea of what to expect before placing your order, we'd recommend checking with your country's customs authority. We appreciate your understanding as a small business navigating international shipping – and we're committed to making this process simpler for you as we grow.

If you’d like to return an item, please email us at studio@comfort-language.com within 14 days of receiving your order so we can arrange the return. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition as when you received them - unworn or unused with tags - and in their original packaging.

As a small business, we ask that you kindly cover the return postage.

If your item is faulty, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of receiving it. Please email us as soon as possible so we can make sure it gets resolved quickly. We always want to make things right.

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked service and all international orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked. You'll receive your tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

For international orders, please allow up to 5 working days for your parcel to be processed through customs before contacting us about a delay.
